We've used Principle Moving four times, now and because of those experiences, and being treated so well, I will continue to use them for everything! Initially, I used them to move us from one house to another house. Russ came out to look over our things and gave us a reasonable flat rate. The price was much better than other estimates I'd gotten so I decided to use them. The guys were very friendly and ready to work. Unfortunately, I hadn't correctly measured the doorways upstairs at the new house. After they had moved all of the furniture up there, we discovered that they couldn't get it through the doors so they had to move everything back downstairs again! They didn't complain at all. It was completely my fault, I had measured incorrectly and hadn't thought it through, but they were so patient with me, I never felt uncomfortable. We've used them on several occasions since, and they are always good-matured and pleasant to be around. One time we were using them, and it was taking a lot longer than we had thought it would, and it was 8 pm on a Friday, and these are young guys, who probably have plans after work, but they were so great and helped us to reshuffle our furniture. And we had a company put in a chair lift for my in-laws, only it was too high and therefore too dangerous for them to use. Well, the guys helped us fix it! I couldn't believe it, I'm always going to use them! They are always very courteous, friendly and responsible. I would highly, highly recommend them to anybody!
A fantastic experience from the start. starting with knowledgeable sales people to competent courteous movers.Anastasia, the sales rep took the time to understand my move and make me feel at home before i even moved. Other companies just wanted to throw numbers at me without even understanding the needs of my relocation. that's a bad way to start the relationship. They seem to believe in taking care of the customer from the beginning. I was able to get the start time that i wanted because i planned well in advance and due to some helpful hints given by the estimator, i saved some money on my move. move day started with the movers showing up on time and they just attacked my move. all the furniture was protected (means a lot to me since i have numerous family heirlooms). and boxes removed and loaded efficiently. (other movers i had prolonged the job by carrying one box at a time). got to the new location with no walls damaged or items broken. the final bill even ended up being less than i was originally quoted. This freed up some bucks for me to tip the movers for a job well done! boxes went into the corresponding rooms and they set up my beds for me and also an L shaped desk (of my daughters) that i loathed putting together upon its' purchase. they were efficient with the loading and unloading and ready to go on to the next job of the day. - one thing i liked.....they had another job to do, which means their mission was to get it done and move on, not drag out my job for more money.
Principle Moving is the best moving company I have ever used. They arrived little bit late, but still acceptable with staff polite and friendly. I had a lot of heavy & fragile furniture, dishes and a lot off expensive equipment like big sized TVs and hi-fi audio, not mention the kitchen, which needed full disassembling. My house was packed up into the truck & unloaded in just a short work day; I had no chance to watch them, since they worked so fast, that I could not keep up. When I first called Principle Moving I spoke with a very professional & polite manger, who handled all of my questions from the beginning of moving process. It was truly pleasant to get to speak with her every time, knowing I get all the help I need, and that all my demands will be dealt with. They had the best price tag, far below the sum I was quoted elsewhere, especially considering the amount of work they actually had to do, along with all the material. I moved NC about 4 years ago and have moved around the area near 3 times, using different moving companies, but was disappointed until I found Principle, they saved me a lot of nerves and time, without emptying my pockets . As long as I live here, I will never look for another moving company again.
