Terrible customer service. I found it impossible to get an email back, and even if they were busy a simple email letting me know this would have been perfect. Three weeks into dealing with them (one visit to the store and me sending emails and not hearing back) I figured we would be well on our way to new kitchen cabinets. That wasn't the case at all we still were waiting and trying to get a "designer" to contact us about a meeting to review our design. Which to add to that, the designer wasn't doing anything, we made the design, got the measurements, and already had a cabinet design in mind so I am not sure what the "designer" was even doing. My number one complaint is not ever getting a response from them. I got one that asked when we could set up a meeting and that was all. Never heard back again.
I would highly recommend staying away from the company.

Cord's created our "custom" kitchen cabinets in 2010. Within the year they have chipped, every single one of them, and where the wood meets the stain has worn off, so we have lines on every single cabinet. Our kitchen looks horrible. We had built our dreamhouse and the most used part of the house is the worst looking. Even our builder commented on its appearance. Cord's has done nothing but try to blame it on something else. We have lines where the stain is gone, etc. on cabinets we cannot even reach. For 10K plus cablinets, we should not have to be replacing them through another company within a few years.
