        Terrible experience

        I made reservations on 1/17/09 and was greeted by long lines when I arrived at 7:15 for my 7:30 reservation. In talking to several I found that everyone in line had reservations and they were turning away anyone without one.

        The elder Ms Fazio was not there as normal but her daughter was. I have had pleasant meals here MANY times in the past and greeted Ms Fazio when she passed by. As a gesture of kindness I gently touched her shoulder. She responded with a less than pleasant attitude telling me "not to touch her!" I was shocked by this as we had enjoyed many pleasant words in past years. My wife looked at me with an astonished look.

        We were finally seated at 8:35 and as we walked through the restaurant viewed at least 10 empty tables. Our waiter was next to disappoint us. After being in our seats for a period of 20-25 minutes he recognized we were there and took our drink order with a promise to return in just a few minutes to take our dinner order. We waited another 20 minutes. The service remained extremely slow throughout our stay. When dinner was served our portions were noticeably smaller and I had noticed their prices had gone up since my last visit.

        The nightmare ended around 10:30.

        Wake up people, this is a service industry.... without service you are just another mundane greasy spoon.

        I will not be back for an encore.

        We understand the concerns of many customers in the past. However, we would like to let our customers know that the daughter is no longer an employee. The owner is the son, who literally ran the restaurant with his now deceased mother. He was always in the kitchen but he was the partner to the elder Ms Fazio that many never knew. We extend a welcome to those who have been insulted in the past and assure that it will not happen anymore.

        I will be bringing my family here to celebrate my special day. I've heard that they have lots of cool stuffs here so I am pretty much excited.

        Save your money

        25 dollars for a large spaghetti, bread and sprite. Service was awful, the food was decent, the decor was antiquated. I won't be back.

        I would like to give no stars

        I will never go back. Service was terrible and the food was cold and disgusting. We had a party of over 25. Tip was included in our bill even though we only had 4 on our check. We tipped on the table stood in line for 30 minutes to pay the bill. Then we found out about the gratuity being included. The woman manager told us to find our waitress and ask for our cash back. So our tip was more than our food cost! Im glad that our family learned a lesson to never eat there again. We had out of state family with us and family we hadn't seen in years. This was an awful experience since we all got together to eat out at my grandfather in laws favorite restaurant after his passing.

        This is the Best Place I have ever went to have my food. The Food Is Aussum & even the place is superb you will get the best Italian food over here. I really appreciate the servants over there but instead of the Male servant they should hire some good Girls. Because they are of no use they are having the poor attitude. The owners Daughter is really Beautifull you must seriously visit that place outlast once in your life. If you want the best Italian Food go ahead and check out the place

        A local favorite of mine. I come in at least twice a week for my steaks.

        This is THE best restaurant to eat at in West Virginia. My wife and I go in twice a week and order steaks. Everything is great. Mrs. Fazio is always real nice. The food is perfect. There are two male servers in particular that are very nice as well. The daughter however is terrible. Watch out for her; it's a twenty minute conversation. She is rude as well. But overall the best place to eat in West Virginia.

        The best decision I ever made!

        This place is great. My husband is from New York and we eat in Little Italy all the time. This place reminded us of NY right away. The atmosphere and the food were great. definitely the best place to experience a great Italian meal.
