        Rude receptionist

        I signed in and opened the glass to see if there is any paperwork to fill out since I am a new patient. The lady (white overweight one) was playing games on her cell phone and didn't even look up. When I asked her if there is any paperwork to fill out she rudely said "when I call on you." I have a bum knee and had to walk back up to the counter within five mins to get my paperwork. I will not be returning here.
