I had called the repair service I had used previously; made an appointment and they never showed up. So I called Bosch to see who they recommended which was Eurotech. I called them, left a message. The gentleman called me back an hour later. I described the problem and he said he could probably have a tech to my house today or tomorrow. He called not much later and said it would definitely be today and he would have the tech call me. The tech called me and got directions to my house. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would. It took him FIVE MINUTES to fix the washer. He could have easily told me it needed new parts and I would have never known the difference. While we waited for the washer to go through a cycle, he made an adjustment to the dryer door so it would close properly. This is what customer service is supposed to be: honest and dependable!

I contacted AVIV Service Today after hours via the internet on 11/17/11; the owner contacted me shortly after I submitted my request online even though they were closed for the day. He informed me a technician would contact me first thing the following morning to diagnose my issue with my GE refrigerator. The tech was great! He was courteous and knowledgeable; my fridge was up and running within 10 minutes after his arrival. It was way cheaper to fix my fridge than to buy another one. I was given a 5 year warranty on the part and a 90 day warranty on the labor, as well as applying the $70 diagnosis fee to the repair amount. The customer service was excellent all the way around; the owner, the tech and the office manager. Customer service means a lot to me because that's what separates the good from the bad and the good from the best; AVIV is the best!
I have used Aviv since he came to Charleston a decade ago. Without Mr. Offer, I don't know I could have survived my appliance nightmares! I actually used them also when they were switching credit card processors. My card was also charges two times; however, when I called to notify the office, they politely explained that in the process of switching over, the merchants had double charged a few of their customers. They apologized for the inconvenience and promptly credited my card. Great company, honest, and knows what they are doing!!
