Scooter Stop

The repairs made on my moped were second to none. It was a fair and accurate quote, the repairs were quick and I am back on the horse. Couldn't be happier with these straight shooters. This is a great place to get repairs done or rent!!

In my opinion the worst place to purchase a moped. The owner Caleb not only sold a brand new scooter that consistently started stalling and failing to start right out of the box at just 120 miles. When I called him not only did he charge me for tow and blamed me for a loose plug seemed to be an issue with assembly after the scooter was purchased , he even blamed me for choosing the wrong scooter and told me he would never have taken me on as a customer. CALEB, the shop owner was rude, unprofessional, and discourteous at best and seemed to be only interested in making money from me from repairs. He kept insisting that I had to come to him and only him for servicing. I would and the problems would repeat. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a scooter go to Moped City or Port City Mopeds both of which service Bentelli mopeds and sell better quality mopeds wothout the hassle. Avoid this scooter shop at all cost. Even at this moment at under 500 miles the scooter still fails to start despite the fact that i brought it in for repairs.
