Last spring Randy Stuckey, owner of CitruSolution, spent a weekend on Callawassie Island cleaning my oriental rugs and wall to wall carpets. He did a great job. I was very impressed that he tested each area before using his solution, and took his time with each stage of the cleaning. Several of my neighbors hired him to do their carpets, and I have heard positive compliments from everyone. We are so pleased with our clean carpets that we are going to invite him back next spring. I am especially pleased that CitruSolution does not contain any chemicals but rather uses all natural ingredients. Thanks to Randy for a job well done.

Lowcountry Citrus Solutions came out to clean my carpets. First, I will say that they got back with me right away and worked so well with my schedule. Second, they came out within 3 days of my request. Which is great because when I decide I want something I want it now. Third, when I got home that afternoon my carpets were all dry and looked amazing. The best part is I had some rust spots on my almost white carpet. I had tried many things to get it out but failed. All the rust spots were gone. My carpets look new and it was very affordable. Thanks, Randy!

Randy went above and beyond to clean my carpets. He even accommodated me on a Sunday afternoon. I had wine stains that I could not get out on my own and guests coming to town the next day. My past experiences dealing with carpet cleaning companies in Charleston had been less than favorable due to the whole bait and switch approach and their lack of personal attention to detail. Not the case with Randy and his team. I'll only work with Lowcountry Citrus Solution going forward!

I had my carpet cleaned by this company about a week ago, and I am not happy with the results. When the carpet was wet it looked clean, when it dried I still had those stains. The carpet only keep that citrus smell for only a couple hours after it has been sprayed. The manager called me after 7 days of complaining about how my carpet looks with the stains, to argue with me over the phone. He even said he will not recommend anyone to use a steam cleaner carpet service to clean their carpet. If he knew his company could'nt clean the carpet the right way as they advertise it. WHY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THEN ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER? I will not recommend this ncompany to know one. I had another carpet cleaner service to come in and clean behind this company and they did a GREAT JOB!!!!!! NO STAINS!!!!!! I had to put a star because you can't leave this site without doing so. THEY DID NOT DESERVE THIS RATING!!!!!!!!!!

Randy and Citrus Solution is a fantastic combination. I have white carpet and a pool in the yard. Needless to say, there is a constant stream of kids tracking dirt right through my living room. We call Randy and he adds us to the schedule. What a wonderful experiance. When i get home from work the house smells great the carpet looks like new and it is dry! I have had steamers come in and the carpet was wet for days and didn't clean half as well as Citrus Solution!

If you are a dog lover, Randy is your man! I have two labs. They are worse than my kids. I have microfiber couches. I came home from a business trip and sat down and the couch smelled like a kennel. I called Randy to ask where i could find someone to clean them. Randy said he would take care of them. I was skepital that they could be cleaned. He not only got the dog smell out of the funiture he cleaned all the stains that the dogs and kids had deposited over the years.



It is such a nice feeling to have freshly cleaned carpets and furniture.
