This place doesn't even deserve 1 star much less half a star I got my room at about 2 p.m. On a Sunday left and went and watch the football games at Wild Wing cafe came back around midnight walked in my room and there were ROACHES in the bathroom on the wall and worst of all crawling on my pillows there were even ROACHES in the microwave. I asked the owner for a refund this morning after I left and drove home because the hotel was so nasty he told me no because I had already been there for some odd hours I told him that I would call the Better Business Bureau and he told me he doesn't care...call who I want to its always like that I told him the place was disgusting and I feel that I deserve a refund and he told me well if I think its so disgusting don't come back and he hung up on me. I called back a couple times after that and he wouldn't even answer the phone. Now thats what I call horrible service. I have never been in such a gross Hotel in my life.everybody their acts like its normal I'm sorry but sleeping with roaches is not normal. I do not feel that I should have paid to sleep with roaches. he told me another reason I couldn't get my refund is because the woman who worked at night so called went and checked my room and she didn't see any ROACHES.... I advise you not to even think about going to this hotel...there is also MOLD in the bathroom and on the shower curtain...the crack heads come out at night I can't leave that one out....very pissed off at my experience. The only nice guy at this hotel is the Spanish man that fixes everything that is broken...he deserves a raise because I know that's not an easy task.

Nasty.They clean on Monday, Wendsday and Friday.My room was entered to be cleaned while I was out. We had to wait for stuff to be replaced. The stuff had to be washed befor they could replace them. Blankets where tossed into corner. Management acted like this was normal. Could not add pic or I would have.

Budget in is great I live here in Charleston and when I want to get away I go to budget inn CJ is a mess gotta love him 218 is an awsome room. Give them a try

CJ was my favorite employee to chat with while i was there. He was very very nice to me, and if i needed anything he made sure someone got it for me or he did it personally. Room 134 was a nice room!
