A - 1 Septic Tank Service

This company installed some new leach field lines on my septic tank not even a year ago and we started having backup problems tonight. When we called the business, the man said that he was retired and sold all of his equipment. We paid him a lot of money to fix our septic tank and he needs to pay us back so that we can get it fixed properly.

Would never recommend or use again! Yard is flooded after 2 weeks of visit. Took weeks to get a return phone call. Customer service is horrible.

I had a recent drain line repair performed by RCW. I was expecting the worst for my plants and flowers after I was informed that equipment and digging was to take place to correct my issues. They were very friendly in explaining to me my problems and options to correct these. When the work was finished I had nothing but a smile on my face! My yard actually looked better! These guys don't mind doing the little extras and I highly recommend RCW, they turned what could of been what I thought was going to be a bad experiance into a great one. Thanks RCW
