If you’re hurting, this is the place where you need to go. I only wish I had found Capital Rehab sooner. Massage therapist, Angelika and Physical therapist, Heidi have skills and knowledge like no one else in their field. Their commitment and passion for their work is clearly evident. In the three years before I became a patient at Capitol rehab, I had four spine surgeries. I had gone to three different physical therapy offices in Virginia and five PT offices in Maryland. I went to each physical therapy office for at least 8 visits. At these other offices, I spent the majority of my appointment time getting electrical stimulation, Ice, heat, and doing the same exercises I do at home. Despite following the advice from these other therapists, my condition remained the same. After years of struggle, I am truly amazed and grateful to have discovered Capital rehab. Their PT, Heidi, spent 90 minutes with me for my initial assessment. Each of her regular sessions involve 60 minutes of hands-on treatment where she performs manual techniques. After just two sessions, I noticed an enormous difference and continued improving in the weeks that followed. Angelika’s massages are equally as helpful. I’ve received medical massages for over 20 years by excellent therapists, but no one comes close to matching Angelika’s skills. She is masterful in her work, using unique and extremely effective methods that improve mobility and reduce pain. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!
