        DANGER! Reported this dealership to Iowa State Credit Card Fraud Division this morning - gave our credit card number as downpayment then received a phone call almost 20 hours later that our truck had been "accidentally" sold but they had not run our credit card. Where did that information go if not into a payment program?!?!

        I purchased a 2007 Yukon, 142k miles. It was the worst purchase and customer service of my life. They were suppose to fix a running board prior to delivering the vehicle, they did not. I paid to have it fixed. I called them to have them reimburse me for the repair, I was ignored for 1 month. I sent numerous emails and called 10 times and left messages and nobody ever called me back. There was paint chips and rust covered up by touch up paint that is now flaking. Dealing with Molstead Motors was the work experience I've ever had my whole life.
