I use to love going to pizza hut with my kids. The pizza is great, the service was always super. The last time I went there the service was very bad and they weren't even busy. The salad bar is disasterous. The veggies were dried out, they were all mixed together, the jello was water. They just hadn't been keeping up with it. I'd say it was because they were understaffed, but there were 3 employees at any given time standing in the corner talking. I was disappointed, but rated it good because everyone can have an off night.
This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. Crust is fantastic and the ingredients are fresh and top shelf. Karen, the owner, is friendly and wants the best for her customers. The only down side to this restaurant is the higher prices for the food because of the cost of ingredients. But, I don't mind the extra cost. That's how much I like the food. It's a nice quiet atmosphere if dining in with a great view of Chardon Square. I highly recommend this place.
My family has been ordering and eating Francos Pizza for years & my kids & I LOVE it. I'm not kidding this Pizza melts in your mouth & is different than regular pizza. Sometimes they get busy, but the family always talks to us & is friendly & let my kids make Pizza is they are not busy. A+++++
