The Warehouse

These are the best off campus apartments in Chapel Hill! I have lived here for over a year and I absolutely love it. The best part about them is their locatio! Franklin street, reastaurants, bars, books stores, etc are right across the sreet and it's only a five minute walk to campus! They are also the most unique looking apartments in the area. Any of my friends that have never seen the apartments always fall in love with the brick walls, the high ceilings, the set up, and the bright colors in the atriums. Also, feeling unsave is never a problem. The doors are always locked, and there is a security guard Thursday-Saturday. I definitely recommend these apartments!!!

I am a new resident at the Warehouse this year, and I already love it! I was able to fit all my furniture from home into my new room and still have floor space open. The apartment was freshly painted, including an "accent wall color" (we chose green), and all our appliances work well. My friends who have visited, love the brick walls and bright colors throughout the apartment building and some have already made inquiries about living here next year. I cannot wait for the new gym and study lounge to open up and I've already started tanning in their stand-up bed. Can you believe all that's included free of charge?!



I tested out my walk to campus the other day and it only takes about 5-7 minutes, which is way closer than my South Campus dorm last year. So glad I snagged one of these apartments for my sophomore year!

I honestly LOVE living at Warehouse! This is my second year living here and there is nothing like it in Chapel Hill. My friends who visit from other schools are SO jealous of these cute, loft style apartments. Right now, I live in a center-style apartment which looks almost exactly like the model apartment I toured when deciding where to live. It has a ton of living room space and I have a full size bed, desk, bedside table, and TV stand in my room and still have some floor space to exercise.



The staff are very nice and most of them live here too so they really get it when you have issues or questions about different things. I like the location bcause it is incredibly close to campus and the streets are lighted at night.



There is a year lease, but I had no problem subleasing my apartment over the summer. Their website is also really helpful if you want to know more about Warehouse. Hands down, best decision I've made to live here: great people, cool building, fun atmosphere
