Way to pricy

I don't mind paying a premium for weekend service, or on a supplied part, but... It was $199 for diagnostic and $442 for the part. I told the guy what the problem was, the starter capacitor for the outside blower motor, and had already given him access to it. The part goes for $25-$75 online or in store, how do they justify a 500% mark-up? I will never use them again, and would only suggest them to people I don't like. Very unhappy!!!
