A truly outstanding company. We have had much work done on our house over the years, but no other company has come close to K&K Floors superior level of service. Patrick provided an excellent estimate and was extremely patient in guiding my wife and me in choosing a floor - which was hard given our indecisiveness. And there was absolutely no hard sell. Quickly completed a deatied written estimate, unlike other companies that either did not provide written estimates or that took days to write one up after coming to your house for measurements. The estimate was comletely transparent. It listed the exact type of flooring and other materials to be used, the amount of estimated waste, and the exact measurements in our house. No other company, even ones charging thousands more, provided such a transparent estimate. Patrick arranged for two crews to do the installation, ensuring that the work would be done in one day. The crews were equally outstanding. They wre quick and courteous. They went beyond in many ways. Former neighbors of ours had recommended the company and now we know why. I doubt you could find better service with any other company. Very highly recommended.

The installers went out of their way to pelase us and did little extras that were not in the contract. Their price was well below the other bidder.

We chose K&K floors based upton the flowing reviews on this site and were very pleased with their work. Their price estimate was fair, and lowe than other estimate we received. The rooms of ceramic tile, two rooms of carpet, and installed four rooms of hardwood flooring in less than two days. The floor lookds beautiful and we were extremely pleased with the whole exprerience. Would recommend them without reservation.

Wonderful craftsmanship. Fast: removed existing hardwood, carpet, and laminate flooring and installed over 900 square feet of hardwood floor in a single day. Great price, no changes. Exceptionally professional crew - even did all sawing outside to minimize dust. A terrific experience!

I cannot speak highly enough of K&K Floors. Mr. Cho was very patient with me while I decided on a new hardwood floor ,and came to my home on several occasions with samples. He was also very knoledgeable and knew what would work and what wouldnt' in my home. K&K has a very large range of flooring options and brands, and it is worth an trip to their showroom. K&K gave me the second-lowest and most transparent estimate I received (only Home Expo was lower and it was by a negligible amount), and committed to do the work (removal of old floor and installation of new in about 525 square feet) in two days. One other company told me the work could take a week and several others wouldn't commit to a timeframe at all. K&K did perform the work exactly on schedule, charged me exactly the amount of my estimate, and their workd is beautiful - I love my new floor! On top of all that, they left my home very clean and put all of my furniture back in its original place. One more good point - K&K was able to schedule my project very soon after I signed on with them - I believe they did the work within two weeks of when I decided to go with them. I couldn't be happier.

Hardwood flooring install in entire first floor (almost 1500 square feet) and removal of ceramiv floor tile in kitchen. I was so impressed by the friendly sales guy, Sean, who provided advice estimates for a variety of choices and followed up while and after the floor was installed.

While other companies only wanted to give me an estimate after I had made my final choice, this company worked with me all through the decision process. I had gotten 4 estimates from well recommended companies. All were well over K&K's price. The workers who installed the floor worked very efficiently & effectively, moving furniture & completing almost 1500 square feet in 2 days. The crew leader spoke English and immediately put to rest any questions or concerns. Wow! If all my experiences with contractors could be like this, I'd be in heaven! They made the whole experience, from estimate to installation, a wonderful experience and beat the price of 3 other recommended companies! You are doing everything right. You take all the stress out of having work done on your home.

Description of Work: Tear up existing hardwood in Foyer and kitchen. Tear up carpet in LR, DR and office. Install new hardwood in all areas. The workers arrived on time and worked diligently all day. The finish work was done just as promised and to date, we have no concerns with the floor. The company sent two teams so that the job could be completed in one day. Our new floors look beautiful.

I received in-home estimates from six, deciding on K&K Floors for a number of reasons, including a reasonable price for the work. Mr. Cho was very knowledgeable and responsive from the start, answering all of my questions promptly, and always available during business hours. Though he didn't personally supervise the work, all of the workers were employees of K&K Floors, and there was always at least one on-site who spoke English. The work was completed in one day, as promised, and to my specifications. While Mr. Cho didn't come out on the day the flooring was installed, he did return to look at the two areas I was unhappy with and was quick to offer solutions to the problems. He sent Two of his guys out to fix the areas we identified, and they did an impeccable job. They even waited for me to get home to ensure I was sarisfied with the job before they left. My flooring is perfect, and everyone who sees my house is amazed at how beautiful it looks. I will definitely use K&K Floors again in the future.

K&K Floors installed gorgeous laminate flooring to replace the carpeting in my one bedroom condo. The existing carpeting was removed and hauled away, as were the old baseboards and bifold doors, per my request. The installers arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, and were open to my input every step of the way.

once the flooring was laid, they installed new baseboards, shoe molding, and thresholds, polishing off a professional and skilled installation. All installers were direct employees of Mr. Cho, and their dedication to the company was evident. All of my furniture was carefully moved for the job, and replaced exactly as I had left it. Some minor imperfections (a creaking floorboard and a threshold that needed filing) were fixed a couple of weeks after installation, on a mutually agreed upon date. The company stuck to their guarantee of complete satisfaction, and I am one very happy customer.
