        Overall

        This business is far and away, the worst management company in Champaign. Maintenance was unhelpful and I was charged made up fees when I left, resulting in them taking all of my security deposit and billing me $150. Their places are literally falling apart, as I had a piece of plaster fall on me while I was in the shower. They blamed me for it and it showed up in my charges when I left. Avoid at all costs!
