From senior citizens to children, Dr. Ramsay takes great care of all his patients.

I don't usually post on these sites…
I don't usually post on these sites because I think sometimes people like bashing people and to complain. But I had such a great experience with Dr. Ramsay and his staff and wanted to give my two cents. My family and I were looking for a Dentist that made us feel as comfortable as our hometown Dentist had, we have just moved from out west. My family came in to have our teeth cleaned. One out of my three kids had a cavity, he's not the best brusher. My wife had a tooth that had been bothering her for years so she had to have a root canel and a crown, but she said it wasn't that bad. Dr. Ramsay was very nice and friendly and did a great job. Was a big help, I was in alot of pain…
Was a big help, I was in alot of pain, had this dull throbbing pain in my jaw. I called Dr. Ramsay's office and they were able to fit me in right away. It ended up that I just needed a filling done. It did the trick I haven't had any issues since. Dr. Ramsay seemed really nice and confident and the office was clean and very pleasant. I have no problems going back or recommending this doctor.

AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR
My experience with Dr. Ramsay, his office and staff has been nothing but satisfactory. My family has been going to Dr. Ramsay for over ten years. Dr. Ramsay has always been very friendly and professional, he takes the time to explain things and anwers any questions or concerns that we have.
We have never had any issues with the dental work he has proformed. Please do not be concerned about bringing your family to his office, you will get the best of care.
As far as bad reviews go... I think that people don't take the time to write the good things, only when they are unhappy. -
Don't ever go here!
Don't ever go here!!!!! Especially with kids!! My son had a filling done and the first thing that was mentioned was the shot!!! Our previous dentist would of never come straight out and say "your getting a shot"!! Dr. Ramsay was rude and didn't seem to care that my son was in pain!!! He is not a people person!! Up to this point my son enjoyed going to the dentist...Now i will be lucky to get him to one ever again!!!!!

I have to agree. Dr. Ramsay seemed nice enough, and at first I thought his work was ok. I was in no pain when I went, but It had been a long time since I had gone to the dentist. With such, I had to have some old fillings touched up from some decay. Fine. After a couple "touch ups" and a deep cleaning I went home in pain but didn’t think anything because of the deep cleaning. After about three days, I went back to have him look at it again and he said it was probably the "bite" and made a minor adjustment. I lived in horrible pain for the next two weeks. I would wake up from sleep with pain that would drop me to my knees and instantly put me in tears. I finally could not take it anymore and got a copy of my x-rays and took them to another dentist. He took one look at them and told me right away that my filling was drilled to far down and I was probably inflamed (my nerve) .... Guess what! ROOT CANAL TIME!!!! About $2,000 later, I am back to where I started before I even went to the dentist. Maybe this was just my bad experience there, but just be careful! If you don’t mind paying out of pocket first and then being reimbursed with by your insurance.... I suggest Dr. Gray at the corner of Mattis and Broadmoor Dr.

Save yourself the pain and go someplace else
This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. Initially he seemed nice enough, lacking in people skills a bit, but whatever (or so I thought). Turns out the dentist kept sabotaging my mouth to secure future business from me. Well, I found myself a new dentist and my life is a million times better AND my mouth isn't in constant pain.
Think about the dentist from Little Shop of Horrors, Orin Scrivello... would you want him working on your teeth? I don't think so. Go find another dentist unless you're interested in dropping extra money on unnecessary procedures, wasting time all the while being in pain. -
DON'T GO HERE!!!
This is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. I went in for a cleaning and went through 5 months of pain because of mistakes Dr. Ramsay made. I was foolish to give him 2nd and 3rd chances to "fix" what he did.
This dentist is bad news. Please be smart and go someplace where the dentist knows what he/she is doing and cares about the quality of care given to patients. Dr. Ramsay is not the dentist for you or anyone.
