Rude, rude, rude!!! The man that answered the phone talked down to me when I called regarding getting an alignment done on my vehicle. He said in a very condescending tone, "Now whats your car doing that makes you THINK you need an alignment?" I responded "I know that I need an alignment because I just had the wheel bearings replaced and......." At that point he interrupted me saying "Well that has NOTHING to do with the alignment." If he had let me finish I would have explained that my tires had worn unevenly due to the bearings and my mechanic told me to get new tires and then to get it aligned. BUT he was so quick to tell me that I was wrong that he lost my business.
