Went there on Monday June 2, 2015 to pay my power bill, gave them a check thinking it was for the power bill. Without looking at the check to make sure it was for the power company the girl at the customer service counter scanned the check sending the amount that was suppose to be paid to my insurance company to the power company more then twice the amount. Next day went to make the payment to the insurance company, was told by my agent that the check I handed him was to the power company, Looked at the receipt, there in black and white was the amount that was suppose to be paid to the insurance company. Called the power company they said they would send me a refund in two weeks for the difference. Went back to the store to talk to the manager, got some large black woman who wears a lot of make up in my option. I Explained what happened, she got a real attitude with me, I asked her if her employees even bother to look at the checks before they scan them, she attempted to blame me for the whole accident. As I was leaving all that she would say is have a nice day. When I told her I was going to post a review of this store not only on FB but also other web sites she repeated herself have a nice day. NOT HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. NOT EVEN AN I'M SORRY FOR THE MIX UP OR AN OFFER TO DO ANYTHING TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE ME HAPPY. THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO AT LEAST MAKE THE CUSTOMER SOMEWHAT HAPPY AND NOT HAVE HER SMUG ATTITUDE. I WOULD NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO EVER SHOP THERE. I meet with the store director Jack Cookson this morning and was informed that there was nothing that could be done, I would have been happy with anything but nothing was done other than to have Mr. Cookson say I’m sorry I can’t do anything. This store has lost and this company has lost all future business from me.
