I hate to even give this place 1 star!

I hate to even give this place 1 star! We spent over $55 for dinner and had it delivered. It was ordered at 5:15pm and we were told it would be delivered by 6:05pm. Well...... finally at 6:36pm it finally arrived! We started unpacking the food and realized they had forgot a $7 dinner all together. We immediatley called them back, but they did'nt want to bring it. They wanted to give us store credit instead. We explained that wasn't what we wanted, we wanted the food that we had ordered. They said they would be back in 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes went by I was getting mad. Another 15 went by before I called again. The person on the phone was rude, saying they were too busy and it would be 5-10 minutes. After 20 more minutes we called again. 5 more minutes and he'll be there we were told. after 15 minutes WE CALLED AGAIN. By this time we are IRATE! We were told "5 more minutes, we are so busy" and I lost it. I let them know that I didnt care how busy they were, I wasnt the one who forgot the food and then lied to a customer who just spent over $55 about being on there way for over an hour. He then said sorry, we busy and then HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and they wouldnt answer the phone, so I called from my cell and ripped his a-s-s! At 8:25pm my food finally arrived.......full of spit probably now. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
