Simply Amazing and Knowledgeable

I have used several dentists over the years. I am twenty-six years old and have never had good teeth, due to never being able to go to the dentist as a child. I have been using Dr. Eberhart for about five years, (and occasionally Dr. Pruitt when Eberhart isn't available).
He has been able to fix other dentists horrible mistakes for me. They are not out to rob your bank account either. I have a "temporary crown" in the back of my mouth where a previous dentist located in Fort Payne, charged me $1200, its not even a temporary crown! Dr. Eberhart simply told me it's not salvageable since its cracked down the middle and it's financially best for me to get it extracted. He has removed my wisdom teeth, cut out several molars, and I'm actually fixing to call and get some fillings done today. The staff is wonderful, and both dentists are very skilled and very attentive.
I'm very partial to Eberhart, he has a gentle touch, and is a very caring man. He explains procedures every time, and you can't even feel the novacaine shots. I really recommend you go to this dentist office if you are in the area. I feel five stars are selling them short, I'd give them ten if possible. Love these guys!!!!

This office should be avoided ...

This office should be avoided if possible. The dentist there has no idea what to do if you develop infection due to a procedure.

I had a tooth extracted last thursday. It began to swell like any other tooth being pulled, but then my lymph nodes started swelling and I began running fevers and having chills. Still hurting, this morning I returned to the office and told him of the symptoms and expressed my concerns about infection. He looked at the site where the tooth once was and said it was healing exceptionally well.

He went on to tell me that lymph nodes do not swell due to infection... They only swell due to viruses and such. He felt of the swollen lymph nodes and said they felt fine to him... After seeing he knew nothing of what he was talking about, I went to my regular doctor. He quickly saw (visually) that my nodes were bulging from my lower jawline and told me it was directly from the teeth. He said infection effects the closest glands first, and utilizes the next-closest as needed, which is what I knew to be true. He quickly ordered stronger antibiotics, gave me a booster injection, and suggested I find a more experienced dentist.

I am reminded of an old saying... The one that graduates last in their class is still called (in this case) Dentist.
