I brought a used 2005 F 650 GS to SJ BMW for a pre-purchase check-up. I am a new motorcycle rider gal..a newbie and I wanted to make sure the bike I wanted to buy was safe and didn't have any major problems before I invested money into it. Willie took such good care of me..and so did the rest of the crew..Willie made sure he checked everything on the bike and that it was safe for me to ride it... and what I would need to replace now and later. He test rode it to make sure it was stable..and it died on him and he figured out it was a wire problem and fixed it...that could have been me stranded somewhere!..ugh..but thank goodness it was fixed! They are so professional and family oriented..all in one..Pete in the service department is great as well! He kept up on the recalls and updates on the bike..and just so you know..I bought the BMW! When I first started car shopping a few weeks ago my first stop was Stevens Creek Subaru. I was greeted by Andreas and when I explained that I was not in the market to buy that day and needed to test drive a few different makes of vehicles before I knew what I would want I was pleasantly surprised by a no pressure test drive of the Outback. After driving other vehicles I took a week to decide on the Subaru. I got back in touch with Andreas and he was very professional and friendly about answering my questions. The whole experience was so easy I actually enjoyed it (the thought of car shopping does NOT bring a warm feeling to me generally speaking)! I even found myself laughing with Eric in the finance department (very cool young man). Today I drove home my new Outback and I'm stoked! We were just buying wine at the Bev Mo next door and decided to look around for a car for my wife for her birthday in a few weeks. My 8 year old son and I were just looking. While looking at their inventory, we spotted a &quot;for lease&quot; sign inside a 2009 Legacy 2.5i Special Edition sedan and decided to ask Amir a few questions.
