Platinum Technology Group installed my NEC phone system a few months ago. Their telecommunication engineers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all the questions I had about our new phones and provided on site end-user and administrator training. A small issue came up several weeks after the install, but they quickly addressed the problem and they did not even charge me for the follow up- good to know they don’t nickel and dime you on things like that! I would highly recommend PTG.
