Founded in 1992, Our Savior New American School is a private Christian school that enrolls more than 300 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school is an education ministry of Our Savior Lutheran Church. It operates through a staff of over 60 teachers and other professionals. Our Savior New American School is approved by New York State Regents and is a member of the American Christian School Association. The school s curriculum includes courses in laboratory science, computer applications, mathematics, business education, history, English, chemistry and fine arts. It also offers a variety of athletic activities, such as golf, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, bowling and volleyball.
