Sage

Wow.  The customer service in Sage is consistently worse than horrible! I have shopped there many times and every time I think service will be better the next time,it is actually worse!   Sales associates do not acknowledge customers in the store. When I asked for help in the shoe area, the associate actually looked annoyed.  I found two pairs of $100 plus shoes I was interested in purchasing but left the store because the service was so bad. The people working there really do think they are something special. They are nothing but rude. This store is a perfect example of how not to run a retail business! For a mom and pop store, they should be going above and beyond in the customer service department.  Obviously, I will not be returning to Sage to shop.
