Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change after seeing one of their ads in the local Pennysaver. After being on the lift for under five minutes I was told the car failed for a bunch of reasons and to correct the deficiencies would cost me $1300 plus tax. Deficiencies included an uneven wear on the rear tire and leaking struts, shocks, axils and boots.

I have owned this car from new and while I am not a mechanic I know the car is not leaking fluids because it has always been garage kept and there aren't any signs of leaking anything on the garage floor. I got charged $37 for a failed inspection.

So, I took the car to my usual repair shop and the total, including an oil change, was $67 and yes, it passed the inspection.

I would not return back to this shop and don't suggest you do either, especially if you are going in for an inspection!

i bought a car there for 4500 dollars and after 3 days i had to sent there again
i keep sending the car and the keep pretending like they are fixing, after 1 month the transmission is brake so the keep my car over there for 5 day and now that i had back my car was driving only one day and stopped
i have to sent in garbage and to buy new one
Please people do not trust them do not through your money

Sue at Best Price is awesome! She is very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. The mechanics do a great job, as well. I take my car there for every oil change and recently bought new tires through them. They get my car in and out quickly and I feel comfortable when they work on my car, unlike many other places. The prices are very fair compared to other places that tend to overcharge. I will continue to go to Best Price if I ever need any type of work done on my car. :)

The shop manager Sue and Mechanic Jose are awesome. I have been taking my 2 cars there for over 2 years. I trust what they tell me, and they do what they say has been done. Thank you Both!!! You have earned my trust.

We brought our car for diagnosis and repair. Best price said it was the starter. One week later, the car had the same problem. It would not start. Now they said it was the fuel pump. Why wasn't that also diagnosed along with the starter, I wonder. I feel they are either not doing there job properly or they are just not reputable.

The most unprofessional business I have ever been to, the delinquent gets into my brand new car while smoking a cigarette , leans outside of my car, scratches it non the less, and the big guy behind the counter was breathing so heavy I thought I'd have to call a ambulance, not to mention they had their employees dressed in sweatpants, and one of the line-backers, of course cigarette in mouth, was weed whacking the premises kicking up rocks onto customers cars, this place is a disgrace, a shame such good real estate was wasted
