        If you decide to use this service, be prepared to experience very poor customer service. When I called the company to set up an initial consultation and asked for a Sunday appointment, Mark said he was taking that day off and to call at the end of the following week to set up an appointment. I called at the end of the week to set up something for Saturday, and in a rather rude manner, he said Saturday wouldn’t work and that Sunday would work better. There were delays due to rain, but when he finally called to set a date, he said he would try to make it on that date. I asked if he didn’t’ would he be coming the following day. He said no because he had another project lined up and he didn’t know when he would make it out. I got the distinct impression he expected me to work around his schedule rather than working around mine. At that point, I choose to use his service.
