I missed my apoitment because I had a breakdown, got stuck in traffic then I had to get fuel. Once I arrived they gave me a dock and two hours later they were still loading me. I called and asked how long it takes to load up a truck the lady responded we have up to two hours to get you loaded. But wait you were late for your appointment so we can take as much as we like. I explained why was I late and she said she that is not our problem. It was obvious that they were playing games and refused to load my trailer. This is so unprofessional and inhumane. I am a trucker and not a limo driver. Weather conditions are unforgiving and taking toll both on machine and the driver. This is the last time I am pulling freight from this place. I can't believe how rude and disrespectful these people are!
