Galaxy 16 Cine

I was just denied entrance into an R rated movie because my wife did not have her ID with her (what married woman brings a purse to a movie?). I was a little angry and offended, so I ask to speak to a manager. I explain my frustration to an 18 year old "manager," she literally laughs in my face. I'm ok with young people being given opportunities to lead, but not when they have the maturity level of an... Teenaged girl. I guess it is to be expected. In her defense, when she noticed I was clearly not laughing as she was, I was offered a free movie ticket. Thanks for the offer, but after being laughed at, I really don't want to spend any time in that place.

The owners of Galaxy should be ashamed of themselves! The theater itself is amazing yes but for the price, um no way I will wait until movies go to Collins Rd! I took my son to the Lorax with my husband and for our tickets and not 3D it was 25 bucks! Not only that but We got popcorn and a kids pack another 25 bucks.....50 dollars to see a movie with my family? Such a complete rip! Don't give the greedy bastards ur money!

This is the best theatre ever! Great food, tons of movies, and arcade area upstairs AND beer!!
