I ordered a cupcake cake for my girlfriend's graduation/birthday party. She likes red velvet so I asked them to make it red velvet and that the colors I wanted used was basic white with blue and yellow trim/decorations since those were her school colors.

Day of the party my friends pick up the cake for me since I was attending to the party preparations and even after having looked at it, they still brought the cake because what's a party without cake?

I opened the box and couldn't believe what my $68 bought. It looks like they gave a few grade school kids some piping tips and let them go to work. I left a message that day which wasn't returned, called again the next day which wasn't returned and sent a couple Facebook messages which weren't returned either.

Eventually my Facebook messages were returned and I got a song and dance about it didn't leave the store looking like that and how they're not responsible for dropped cakes or what happens to their product once it leaves the store, etc.

They said they weren't Walmart and I agree! Thank goodness someone knows how to decorate cakes in this city!

I ordered 20 Angry Birds cake pops for my son's class birthday treat. They are adorable on the website and are in a red stand (like cake pops typically are). I spoke with Dawn and she was very nice. My husband picked them up for me and brought them home (he hadn't seen the photo and has never had cake pops before).



They "packaged" them by laying them loose in a cake box with NOTHING protecting them from rolling into each other, smashing/smudging the faces, etc. They did NOT come with a stand as pictured. They were wrecked just from being transported home. The couple that had miraculously escaped being smashed were not nearly as cute as the ones on the website, and the yellow birds were all misshapen.



I emailed Dawn immediately and didn't get a response until noon the next day. She offered me only 1/2 of my money back and blamed my husband for not being careful enough with the box.



I called but did not receive a call back. Today she emailed and said that "the owner" tried to call me last night but he didn't get through. I had no missed calls or voice mails. She wrote again and said he called at 6:02pm from HER cell phone, and his name is Matthew. She said she had only offered 1/2 my money back as that was all she could and the owner would have to decide if he would offer more.



The owners are listed on the website as Dawn & Matthew. They are husband and wife. She claims to just be the manager and "not authorized" to give a full refund. Yeah, ok. And if they talked about this situation, which I'm guessing they did since he supposedly tried to call me (all my phone records to the contrary), why is this still getting dragged out?



Matthew called and was very rude and condescending. Told me, "I really don't care what you think because I've sold hundreds of these," and said it was my husband's fault. He said that oh they DO have blocks but you have to know to ask for it. ?? He said I had 2 options - he would refund half of my money or he would refund nothing. He refused to refund it to my credit card "Because I do refunds by check." I asked how I knew it would be valid, he wouldn't stop payment, etc. "You just have to trust me." Nice.



Game playing, misrepresentation, TOTALLY unprofessional, not providing products as advertised (both quality AND the stand)...



Bottom line - Subpar products that they don't stand behind or accurately advertise and absolutely the worst customer service and attitude.



Avoid this place!! Not worth the aggravation!!!
