Denny's Automotive & Muffler Center

I have been using Denny's West for 15 years and have always had excellent service. They do all of my oil changes, brake work, suspension issues, check out used cars I'm thinking of buying. We have 5 cars in our family and only one was bought new. Denny's has serviced probably at least a dozen or more cars over the years. The only ONE time we had a problem (the oil pan drain plug came out) they had the car towed, refilled everything, checked the engine, and provided a 6 month warantee on the engine. They always know me by name. i wouldn't trust anyone else.

DON'T EVER GO HERE. I took my car there and when I got it back my GPS was missing. I had wrapped it up and put it away where I thought it would be safe. GUESS NOT!!! I didn't even receive a call back when I called the first time. When I did get a hold of the guy, he basically called me a liar. This place obviously has no idea of what customer service is.

I wouldn't recommend going here--my bf and I took our car here due to the check engine light being on. We had to bring it back 4 additional times and the problem was never corrected. After the 4th time, they did a diagnostics and told us what the problem was, but declined to do the job (which I normally wouldn't have an issue with, but they never fixed the problem to start). Personally, I won't use them again and would be very careful if you decide to work with them!!
