My experience at Impulse computers and electronics far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Khan, owner/President was courteous, patient and professional in attending to my computer needs. It was obvious to me that the people at Impulse believe superior service is the cornerstone of good business. I will be going back.

Impulse Computer does a fabulous job on…
Impulse Computer does a fabulous job on repairs! They do the repairs right there in their store / shop... no sending off the computer anywhere and very short wait times. My laptop keyboard had some keys that would no longer do anything. After a quick diagnosis, Urooj, the owner, told me I needed a new keyboard. They put one in for me, and I asked Urooj if he could also spruce up the 3 1/2 yr old laptop, as it was not as fast as it once was. His competent staff did it for me, and when I brought that laptop home just a couple days after I had brought it in, it worked just like new... no more waiting to find things on the internet, and no other delays! and the cost was very reasonable -- unlike other computer shops I've been to.
Another great thing about Impulse is that they treat customers like friends. Since that repair on my laptop, I've had Impulse repair my other computers. There's very little paperwork to fill out when you leave a computer with them, and after their diagnosis, they give you your options, make a suggestion, but always let you make the final choice. Then they go to work to make your computer the best that it can be at the most reasonable cost. Impulse is definitely the place for computer repairs. -
I thinks these guys are great.
I thinks these guys are great. Eveytime I call them they stop what they are doing and either help me though over the phone or they come to my business. Its like having my own IT guy on site. They custom built me a new network system and computer and actually got it all to work together. I have used a couple of local companies and they could not get my system to work at all. I just called Impulse and they are coming over immediatly. Awsome.

This business deserves NO stars.
This business deserves NO stars. Failing to pay an employee should haunt them while they're still in business. Failure to pay an employee is ILLEGAL in the United States and should not be taken lightly by anyone. If you think you're going to get a "real" personable experience guess again, I wouldn't take my valued belongings to be repaired by someone who can't even afford to pay his own employees. TWC will get to the bottom of it.
