I think they hold a nice service but I think they are very overpriced for what they offer. I firmly believe they take advantage of people in need. The communication between staff and customers is terrible. It seems like everytime you have a problem you have to go to Brian, which I think he is slow at returning calls. Why would you have employees if you have to handle every problem yourself. I regret using Chapel Hill now, if we would have checked around we would have recieved the same type of service but at a much lower price.
