I have lived in Castroville for around 9 to 10 years and every time I have gone to this office I end up waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. I dont have a car so I cant go anywhere else but if you have an option dont go here. The place is poorly run and if you complain about the wait they do nothing and seem to make you wait longer just for fun. Would have rated this place a zero but it wont let me

This office needs to hire new staff... the doctors are great but the staff has no clue what they are doing!!! watch how they bill you they are shady!!!

Ive been to this ofice twice and twice they mess up on billing. I repeatdly asked to pay for the bill in full they gave me a price and said paid in full. Months later they send multiple bills all for different prices!!! Looks like Im not the only one they do this to. I wonder how many others ????

They send me bills over 5 years old where they's screwed up and missed filing on my insurance since I changed jobs. Don't go there unless you have them sign a paid in full document. I think they trump up these bills to generate revenue.\r \r I will not be going back.

I was in the Medcare Associates office for 2 hours and 45 minutes for my child's sports physical. I left without even seeing a doctor (we saw a nurse practitioner). I'm tired of Doctor's thinking their time is more valuable than everyone elses. I had a scheduled appointment and it is unexceptable to have to wait that long. They need to manage there time better. If you have a 2 o'clock appointment, you should not be seeing the nurse practitioner at 4:30. Take a stand, don't go here!!
