The worst place to order flowers
What can I say about this place. I ordered flowers for my husband on Valentines Day. The customer service was aweful and well, they had people taking orders who did not speak english themselves. That should been a red flag for me. My husband gets the flowers but here is the kicker. They no only screwed up the message on the card, they spelled my name wrong! Can you belive that? It wasnt just missing a letter, it was a completely different name. The following day, I call and speak to the manager. Her resolution for solving the problem...""i can send him a new card"" Mind you she chuckles. Here is the problem I am having. I spent a good $80 with this company adn the least they could do is get the message on the card right. She said, well I had a few hispanic girls working with me that day. Nothing i can do about that and I certainly can't pinpoint who wrote the card.
My suggestion to other customers, stay away from this place. You can get better services at the local Safeway florist. They are far more customer service orientated than Castro Valley Florist.
