Not only did she treat us bad, but she denied my wife from getting her knee brace. We had to contact our insurance company and even though they sent a letter guaranteeing payment, we were denied again by the same receptionist. The insurance company had to call her and force her to help us, and now that my wife got her knee brace, we're getting billed, even though we have a letter stating that they have been paid! Don't go here, you will not receive the treatment and respect that you deserve! I wish I could give negative stars!
