Catseye Pest Control

My technician just mentioned company is now Terminex, I never received any correspondence in this regards from Catseye. Additionally the new process to request service is far less beneficial to customers who have had and expect the high level service to which we are accustomed. Leaving a voicemail and hoping to receive a return call is unsatisfactory. I also feel having the technician be responsible for setting appointments is inefficient and an ineffective use of time. The technician is trying to juggle service calls/scheduling while attending to work at customer residences. This is not optimal. I am extremely disappointed with the new process. On the positive side, my technician is flexible and accommodating; he replies promptly to text messages and does his best with this challenging process.
