I've used Service Plus twice. Both times I've received exceptional service. The technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. I love the ability to contact the company via text, it's so convenient and Service Plus associates are responsive to requests made in this fashion.

I have had great experience with Service Plus every time for the last 10 + years in rental house and my own residence. They are usually out within hours of the call.

I rent, so the purchase of an AC unit is not in my hands. But, let me tell you, that your serviceman was on time, he was friendly, and introduced himself to my landlord. He took measurements of everything that would be part of a new unit; he agreed that the new unit should not be placed in the same area as the old; he did something none of the other companies did....he went into the attic to check the duct work and explained, without the unit working, he can't determine leaks; however, once a unit is installed they can check for leaks and explained how they can repair the leaking ducts. Let me also say, the serviceman came in a WORK truck, had a ladder,which he used to get into the attic, he had his own measuring tape, flashlight, writing material ......in other words he was a true professional ! I can only hope my landlord chooses Service Plus to install the AC unit.

Jimmy and his crew are not only knowledgeable and efficient, they are honest. All rare commodities in the AC business in regard to the people I have dealt with over the years while maintaining both my investment properties and my personal residence.

They have been Johnny on the spot for me for the last 3 years. Never have been unfair with me, as far as what was wrong with my system. The owner actually told me not to replace my system yet, and that it still had some cooling to do. He could of easily told me to replace. I also had him do the service of 4 ac units at my VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) in Winter Springs. They are honest!

We have been doing business with Service Plus for many years, we have become friends. WE bought a new system from them and could not be happier. Their techs and service have been consistently superb.

I have to tell that I’m very please with services plus AC, Daina is always very nice and professional, the technician that fix my ac unit was very knowledgeable promptly and accurate so I highly recommend them to any family members or friends
