horrible services..therefore horrible company......been trying to reach them via phone and email for 4 weeks...$ 44 phone cover never arrived via USPS..tho states delivered..what happened to customer service..they should credit account or send another...must be insured for such occurrences...keep away, this company has not and assumed cannot handle issues--too many other better companies to shop with !!

Do not ever order anything from this company.

Won't get your order for about a month if you are lucky. Will have to call them to find out why you didn't get everything you ordered to find out that everything has been back ordered. You will be lucky if you get your refund right away. They do not deserve a star.

dont buy from these people. they say that your order will be shipped in 3 days when in reality it's 15 days or more. they dont respond to emails. also the quality of the cell phone cover is horrible. buy from other people.

After ordering a cell phone case I received no confirmation that the order was received or in process. After 2 weeks I called (waited on hold for 30 mins) to find out where my case was. They said that it had been out of stock and they would ship that day (funny it was available the moment I called). I finally received it 4 days latter. I decided I would try again and order a case for my husbands phone. My mistake...I had the same exact issues the second time. This time when I called the gentleman was very rude to me. I would NOT waste my time....pay a little extra if needed and order somewhere else, you will be glad you did!

Fraud! Scam. The take your money immediately, don't confirm the order, don't have the items in stock, don't ship the order, then lie lie lie and never refund your money. Unconscionable dishonesty. It's a different lie a day from their single customer service rep Jason. He's never phased and just keeps on promising refunds which then never happen. Different story every day. Is this a real business? How can people act like this and live with themselves?

Don't do business with this company. They will rip you off!! They don't ship the items, then tell their customers items are on back order. Meanwhile they take your money and you'll never get a refund or product.

these are the best cell phone accessories and review guys around. They are fast, kind and courteous when it comes to customers and their reviews on phones and accessories are always spot on. Great local company you can count on!!!!
