At first, it seemed it was going to be a lost cause trying to get a job through them. Because they had me coming in bright and early every morning. But they weren't putting me out on a job for some time. I guess they wanted me to prove that I was dedicated to looking for work. Once I got my foot in the door, they started calling me when jobs were available, and putting me on the jobs without me having to go in and sit around all day. Towards the end, they let a valued employee go. She was the one responsible for driving individuals to and from jobs. Among other things. The place seemed to get more disorganized then. And I got put on less jobs. In fact, I was set up to be on some jobs in the future. After she was let go, the new employees didn't have any knowledge of this, and I missed out on some jobs because of this. They may be settled and more organized now. And I would still rate them higher then the other temp labor places in town, which wouldn't even work with me because of my past.
