The owner of this company was extremely rude!!!! I wouldn't refer this company to a single person.

They don't even deserve a star!!!!!! The owner, who is extremely rude, came to repair our GE dishwasher that is under warranty. GE mind you requested their service, not me! The guy, who is the owner, was here 1 minute, looked at my dishwasher and stated "I can't help you because it's not connected and they don't pay me enough to connect the hose for you or to wait for it to be reconnected." I explained GE was aware it was disconnected because it was flooding our kitchen so he said "Well put a towel down." I could not get him out of my house any faster! I DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!!

The authorized Amana dealer in Casper, makes me want to buy a different brand. They fixed two of our companies microwaves, before I realized that they were going to RIP US OFF! Charged double what company in Gillette charges. When I politely asked about this, showing her their invoices with the same part numbers, I was told that if you don't like the price, take your stuff to Gillette. The lady at this place is totally RUDE! Get this, she was upset because I had not diagnosed the problem before bringing them in. She said it takes them extra time if they have to figure out why they wont work. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE WHAT REPUTABLE SHOPS WOULD CHARGE YOU, AND BE TREATED LIKE S**t.

Fast and easy. My dishwasher broke so I called around. Sears was the only place I could find but they wanted $250 to come out and fix it. They didn't have any availability during the hours I would be home. My MIL reccommended these guys. He was in and out in under 30 minutes and it only cost me $75... He was kind and explained to me what the problem was.

-100 million!!!!!!! i had to put a star otherwise they would not get anything!!!!!!! .... would not reccomend to anyone!!! this is the worst company i have ever worked with. they are so rude !!!!!!... have never heard anything good about this company. I had somebody come out to my house and because of some confusion with scheduling the owner and he tried to physically fight my boyfriend... not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
