Need more cashier's and the customer service folks at the self checkout lanes need more Customer Service training, not all yet was there two days ago and the gal thought she had the authority and power to tell at the people waiting in line "I've told you people this is a credit only checkout" very rude (by Pharmacy side) I heard this, turned around shaking my head then looked again and the line was gone, perhaps a sign can be put up, very unprofessional. Also why isn't there anyone at the Jewelry Dept, I'd really love to buy some nice Jewelry plus get a watch battery replaced, again no signs for assistance ???
I do enjoy shopping there yet it gets quite frustrating at times.

Great selection and prices of essential & non-essential items. A true benefit to this community with its employment opportunities and great value to Casa Grande. We shop here whenever passing through town and recommend it to others. 😊

We're down here 6 months out of the year & do a minimum of 80% of our grocery shopping as well as birthday & holiday shopping here for our 3 children their spouses & our 6 grandchildren BUT that will soon stop. Most of the time there are no shopping carts in the store we have to go searching outside for one. Their inventory is not kept stocked we often have to finish our shopping at other stores. There is a lack of cashiers at checkout. If doesn't make sense to continue shopping at a store that does not value me as a customer.
