Just Tires

I have been going to Just Tires in Cary for a little over 4 years now. I have seen many new faces with the staff, none of which do I have any complaints about, however, the Team they have up there now is a step above the rest. I have never been treated to a more enjoyable experience while waiting for my car to be serviced. The staff up front, Dan, Chris, Yani and all of the guys in the back have great senses of humor and always treat me with the up most respect. Chris has been there the longest, and he has always taken the time to explain anything that I have had questions about. The new manager, Dan, has welcomed me into the store like I am family, any time I visit for service. They have gone above and beyond to help me get to an appointment when I had a flat tire. They drove me 20 minutes down the road to an OB/GYN appointment so that I wouldn't miss it while waiting for the tire to be fixed. I can't say enough about the staff at the Cary Just Tires. If you are looking for a shop with honest employees, this is the place to go.

If you buy tires here, be sure to pay the extra $$ for the roadside warranty, because if you bring a tire with a nail in it back, 'it needs to be replaced because of Goodyear requirements'. Let me explain - I had 4 new tires on my car, and one was going flat. Asked my wife to take it in. I looked it over, didn't see anything, must have been very small hole somewhere. She was told 'there was a BOLT thru the side of the tire, and it needs to be replaced'. As a pretty good mechanic myself, I'm sure I didn't miss a BOLT. $150 replace. Now, my wife brought her new tires in a small nail - again, it needs to be replaced. Another $150. I took the tire to 4 other tire shops off the rim, and all 4 wanted to take the tire inside and fix it on the spot. The nail was 2-3" from the sidewall. Easily fixed. This place will rip you off, especially if they know that they can take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Stay away, stay away, there are far too many other reliable tire shops in Cary now. I've been buying my tires there since the 80's, but never again. And, let's not mention my wife waiting for hours while she watched others come and go in front of her -
