Jackie's Basics and Beyond Dog Training

Absolutely horrible customer service. We signed up for the 6 week beginner class. We did 3 weeks of those classes, then decided to do private lessons. we could not get them to schedule our appointment, and heard nothing back after 2 text messages and an email. After this, we called to make an appointment. We had our private lesson today (which is supposed to be one hour long). We were pushed out the door after 30 minutes. We have not had our full time of training, but are so disappointed that we will not return. They do not offer refunds, so we are out $120 for our dog to not be much better than she was in the first place. You would be better off any other place.

Jackie is one of the best dog trainers around. She is a dog whisperer! She knows how to work well with dogs and with people. Highly recommended!
