My experience here wa tellar compared to anything el e in Raleigh. I dealt with Bruce on the phone and then in per on. At every other gun hop in the Raleigh area I have had ome bad experience , ave for one other; Hill , on Capitol Blvd. , but they were con iderably high...moreer in price. Mo t everywhere I’ve been, ale people are actively recommending what’ in their inventory with margin v . what I’m looking for. It’ either pry information out of a guy who might know a great deal or deal with ome kid with a gun on hi hip and no aptitude for retail. I under tand that the cu tomer i not alway right, but if you’ve been to the Raleigh gun hop I think you might know what I’m talking about. Bruce eem to enjoy what he doe and a far a I’m concerned he doe it well. When I wanted the Walther PPQ it wa kind of new, Bruce did hi re earch, called hi di tributor , and gave me a completive price with an ETA. If you want to deal with omeone who i genuinely intere ted in helping you make a gun purcha e while being treated with re pect, Bruce i your man.view less

Bruce at gun n gear had the price beat by about $40. i went there and he wa the nice t dude i met at any of the local tore . he didnt ru h me and made...more ure i under tood everything about my $600 inve tment. very clean and friendly tore. the "counter election" wa nt to wide but he told me he had mo t gun and could bring any out if i had a que tion.. pringfield xdm with a couple extra clip pluy ammo.. he knew everything about the firearm i narrowed it down to.. either a pringfield or glock. *bottom line: Im beyond ati fied with my firearm and the cu tomer ervice.
