We were en route from Ohio to Florida for vacay and suddenly experienced car prob. We saw Richard. He diagnosed our vehicle and drove it. Determined it was not the transmission and sent us to a muffler shop. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. Went out of his way off the clock mind you, to help us. Please patronize this man!
