  I called this location and asked to…

  I called this location and asked to speak with a manager because every time I call I get a diffrent story. When I called I spoke with a man by the name of Steve who is by far one of the rudest people I have ever talked to at a bussiness I was told the manager was to busey to take care of me and that it was my fault that I was been given diffrent info. every time I called because I was calling to much. I explained that I just wanted to make sure I was being given the correct info. and there would be no suprises with my rental when it was time to pick it up. He again said I needed to stop calling and just listen to what the people were telling me even though every time I call they have diffrent info. The info that keeps changing is the pick up location, truck size and price and I'm not the one changing it they are but it's my fault they cant get the info. correct and I'm supposed to be confedent enough not to cont. to call. I dont think so maybe when to people in a row can give me the correct info. I would feel comfortable in my reservation and would stop calling. Needless to say I have cancled my reservation and will go through a diffrent company. I would not recommend these people to anyone as they have 0 customer service skills. How dare they blame me when there the ones who cant get it together.
