The person I spoke to understood my concerns and addressed them completly, informed me of your policies. Although I didn't have any documentation to rely on (and that makes me feel uneasy,) I accepeted it hoping for the best.
In the event of a future situation I think it would be nice to have something on your web site indicating that you did infact contact the people who were in jepordy.
