Routine recall for 2004 Ford 150 airbag
Dealer damaged steering wheel and column refuses to repair it.
Claims to have replaced the recall parts. Owner has no way to verify this
Did not do a diagnostic on the airbag system, yet claims that the airbag system is failed.
Vehicle now has presistent vibration in the steering column at slow speeds.
Dealer denies that they cause the vibration.
Ford National says what the dealer says goes. I now have to pay for diagnostic on the recalled airbag parts and the damage to steering.
Service manager lied to Ford National and claims they did a diagnostic on the airbag system. Dealer presented no paperwork to owner showing any diagnostic whatsoever. -
Awful customer service and lack of knowledge of own products
The car is amazing BUt my wife and I both bought new cars on the same day and only because they wouldn't give up the cars to Reno Mazda and promised us we could still use Reno Mazda for service. Now Reno Mazda says we have to take our cars (Mazdas) to Jones West Ford for all service and both Reno Mazda and Ford say that Carson has been screwing people constantly just telling them what they want to hear. Buyer be warned......if you want an honest answer DONT go to Carson! Now we have to go through the process of cancelling the "Premium Service Plan" we bought with Carson because it's not worth the paper it was printed on and we will have to purchase out of pocket a decent service plan with a MAZDA dealer instead of a Ford dealership. You guys know who we are too, why don't you make it up!
