Attorney Daniel M. Barnes

I have an open case with this office right now, since the beginning I’ve had an issue with anyone emailing me back or calling me back but things were still sort of progressing but now we have hit a stand still. February 15th 2020 I had mediation with Hannah, shortly after corona happened, I emailed Hannah a little afterwards asking for update and it wasn’t until then I was advised she was let go due to COVID and my case was now being handled by Daniel. I reached out several times to him before I finally got a call back on July 15th 2020 basically saying I’d hear back soon. We have now reached November 2nd I have attempted multiple times via email with no reply and calling the office only to be told they would take my name number and I would recieve a call back, I have not. I have paid my balance full. I went with this office due to recommendations, I will be posting a review every day until someone gets in touch with me regarding my case so if you are considering this office you can see for yourself how reliable they really are. Today is November 2nd 2020, day 1

Attorney is not what he claims to be, does not care about the clients only about the $$ going into his pockets..never can get him on the phone I can only reach his RUDE legal assistant, do not waste your time with this one, there are plenty of GOOD attorney's in Carrollton...do your homework and ask around

I used Dan Barnes for my divorce. They were very helpful and understanding. They answer my questions and things worked out exactly like they said they would. It was a hard time in my life but they helped me through it. I would recommend them to anyone.
